Each VIP Day is tailored to you. But the work consistently moves through the parts of your business that are creating the most drag, confusion, or dependency.
Vision and lifestyle alignment We start by getting honest about what you actually want. Not the goal you set 18 months ago. What you want now, for your life and your business, and whether your current structure is built to deliver it.
Offer and business model evaluation We look at whether what you are selling, how you are selling it, and how you are delivering it is still the right architecture. This is where we often find hidden complexity, underpriced value, or structural problems passing themselves off as effort problems.

What the day looks like
Before we meet, you complete a detailed pre-work questionnaire. I review your business, your numbers, your current challenges, and what matters most. By the time we sit down together, I already know where I want to look.
The day itself is a full strategic working session. Deep, focused, and built around your highest-leverage priorities.
We also include a lunch break in a cozy and beautiful spot chosen specifically to complement your day. Lunch is included.
After the day, you receive written notes and a clear summary of decisions, next steps, and sequencing so nothing gets lost when you return to normal life.
